Terms and Conditions



1.    All our products are subject to availability. Due to the seasonal nature of our products we may need to substitute flowers for those of a similar colour and style and of equal or greater value to the ones shown.

2.    We guarantee that your flowers will remain fresh for a minimum of 7 days from the time of delivery/collection, and a minimum of 5 days for spring and summer blooms.

3.    We may deliver certain flowers/plants more in bud than is shown in the pictures to ensure you can enjoy them for longer.



1.    To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

2.    Please note that where the delivery driver is unable to find someone to accept delivery, or unable to leave the delivery in a secure location, they will leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact and re-arrange delivery. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.

3.    In respect of orders for items from the Sympathy product range, for delivery to funerals or funeral directors, please ensure you have informed us of the funeral time. These orders need to be placed at least 2 days prior to delivery.

4.    We offer a delivery service on Monday - Saturday (Not Sundays) from 9am-5pm but unfortunately are unable to guarantee a delivery time unless this is agreed individually via the shop.

5.    Same day deliveries need to be received by 2pm, otherwise we will deliver the order the next day or on another selected day of your choice.

6.    All local deliveries will be charged at £4.99.

7.    We will arrange all national and International deliveries through an outside relay company and so delivery charges will vary from £6-£10.



1.    You are able to collect any items from the shop, you have ordered online at no extra cost.

2.    Due to the bespoke, perishable nature of our products, we are unable to refund or offer replacement products for orders which you fail to collect.



1.If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so,by calling the           shop on 01202 746088 or emailing edwardsflowers83@gmail.com .Please give at least 24 hours notice before the requested delivery date. We regret that you may not cancel an order once your flowers have been dispatched.

2.Due to the perishable nature of our products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 day from the date of delivery.
